Information for Your Family

Georgia Residents Assisting Children’s Education (G.R.A.C.E.) Scholars Inc.provides scholarships to children from families with financial need in grades K-12 (or accredited Pre-Kindergarten) for use at approved Catholic schools located in the State of Georgia.

Any resident entering a Catholic school for the first time from a Georgia public school, or a child eligible to enter kindergarten (or pre-kindergarten if an accredited program) is eligible for G.R.A.C.E. Scholars, Inc.  

Application Overview

In order to apply for school assistance to G.R.A.C.E. Scholars, Inc., the family must display financial need.

Please follow this process:

  1. Apply and be accepted to the school
  2. Apply for financial aid through the service identified by the school (i.e. FACTS, PSAS, SMART, etc.)
  3. Submit the completed G.R.A.C.E. Scholars Inc. Family Registration Form to the school
  4. School then forwards materials to G.R.A.C.E. Scholars, Inc.
  5. Qualifying families will be notified by G.R.A.C.E. Scholars, Inc. of any scholarship amount awarded. This information will be copied to the school.
  6. If an award is granted, G.R.A.C.E. Scholars, Inc. will issue a check in the Family's name directly to the school. The family then will endorse the award check to the school in order to reduce the tuition balance.
